Return & Exchange Policy

At 2WAYS, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with exchanges.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In original packaging (if possible)

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Swimwear that has been worn (other than trying on)
  • Items without tags
  • Items that have been washed or altered
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at contact@2ways.ca with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for
  2. Wait for confirmation - we'll respond within 24-48 hours with exchange instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping)
  4. Receive your new item - once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.

Refunds

We primarily offer exchanges rather than refunds. However, if an exchange is not possible (e.g., item out of stock), we will issue a store credit or discuss alternative solutions with you.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@2ways.ca with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • You'll receive a full refund or replacement
